MSA team:
Our team staff are young coaches and ski instructors that have plenty experience for them selves as skiers and plus they have huge experience in coaching for the last 8 years. They were working for some of the biggest clubs in our Country, some of them have experience working as Ski instructors in foreign countries and some of them were also coaches for the Macedonian National Ski team.
Our team is from people who are all ex skiers, sports educated and they like to work in this sport and to give all the other people a chance, to share their experience, especially to the youngest ones, so they can try to do something new in their lives, on professional and on recreational level.
Our team leaders are:
Milan Arsovski – Head Coach
Former skier, 5 times National champion, member of the Macedonian National team. He is young but he has plenty of experience behind him, as a coach for the national children and junior team, he has 8 years experience like a coach, but the last 4 years in a row big success in transferring juniors skiers into world cup skiers, he was 2 times coach at the EYOF (junior Olympic games), head coach for the British Alpine Race Academy (BARA) and now he is ready to share his experience with the MSA members.
He has a degree from the University for Physical education and Sports.
Nikola Pancevski – Coach
Former skier and member of Macedonian National team. He is young but also has plenty of experience working as a ski instructor in Ski Schools and also working like assistant coach in Ski Club “RABOTNICKI”. He was coach for British Alpine Race Academy (BARA) and now he is ready to share his passion and experience with our members. He has a degree from the University for Physical education and Sports.
Charlotte Evans – Assistant coach
Charlotte was a member of the England Alpine Ski Team till last season, and one of the best skiers in her age group. Now she is ready and willing to work as a coach, so she can share her professional experience with the youngest kids in our Academy. She is talented and determinate to work with and upgrade all the kids. Her experience as a skier can help a lot in the training and racing preparations, also knowing that she is very well accepted and respected among all the skiers.
She will go to Brighton University in Eastbourne, studying sport and exercise science so she can upgrade her self to the highest level.
Trajkovski Predrag - coach / ski instruktor
Former skier, member of the National Ski team. He has plenty of experience. He started working like ski instructor in 2001. He was also working like assistant coach in Ski club Rabotnicki – Skopje, category children. Now he is ready to share his experience with our members. He has a degree from University for Physical education and Sports.
Pasovski Zlatko – coach / ski instructor
Former skier, member of the National Ski team. He is also young, but has plenty of experience. He started working like ski instructor 2002. He was also working like assistant coach in Ski club Pelister – Bitola, category children. Now he is ready to share his experience with our members.
